Irish Mule

2 oz Irish whiskey

4 oz ginger beer

1/2 oz lime juice

Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:

Fill a copper mug with ice.

Pour in the Irish whiskey and lime juice.

Top with ginger beer and stir gently.

Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!



Lucky Shamrock Sour

2 oz Irish whiskey

1 oz fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz green crème de menthe

Maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and crème de menthe.

Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

2 oz vanilla vodka

1/2 oz Goldschläger

1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur

Chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions:

Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled martini glass.

In a shaker filled with ice, combine vanilla vodka, Goldschläger, and Irish cream liqueur.

Shake well and strain into the prepared martini glass.

Emerald Isle Margarita

1 1/2 oz tequila

1 oz blue curaçao

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Lime wedge and coarse salt for garnish

Fill the glass with ice.

In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, blue curaçao, lime juice, and simple syrup.
