How do I book your services for my event?

To book our services, simply reach out to us via phone or email. We'll guide you through the process and discuss your event details, requirements, and preferences.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Unless you are booking one of our open bar packages, we provide everything BUT the alcohol. We believe in customization and allowing you to choose the specific beverages for your event. We will provide you with a shopping list of exactly what you'll need based on your selections. Our open bar packages are the only option in which we provide everything, including the alcohol.

How will the bartenders be dressed? 
Your Bar Beauty or Beau Bartender(s) will be dressed according to the type of event you are having, in proper Beauty and the Drinks attire. We take pride in our professional appearance and will ensure that our bartenders are dressed elegantly to complement the ambiance of your event. Special requests can be made, and we will discuss this with you at the time of booking.


Who is responsible for making sure that guests do not have too much to drink? 
At Beauty and the Drinks, we prioritize responsible alcohol service. While our bartenders are trained in alcohol awareness and will actively monitor consumption, the host of the event ultimately holds the responsibility for their invited guests and their actions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who appear to have had too much to drink, in accordance with our judgment and commitment to safety.

Is gratuity included? 

  1. Allow a tip jar to be placed on the bar for guests to show their appreciation.

  2. "Hosted Gratuity" - In this option, there will be no tip jar, and the host will pay a gratuity fee based on the number of guests attending the event. This ensures a seamless and hassle-free experience for you and your guests.

Do you provide all of the mixers?

Yes, we provide all mixers, syrups, garnishes, and glassware for your event. The cost of these items is included in your quote. You can rely on us to create a complete and well-stocked bar that caters to your beverage preferences and ensures a delightful experience for your guests.

Are you insured?

Absolutely! We carry general and liquor liability insurance. Your peace of mind and the safety of your guests are of utmost importance to us, and we take every precaution to protect you and our team throughout the event.

Do you have sustainability practices in place?

Absolutely! At Beauty and the Drinks, we prioritize sustainability. We incorporate eco-friendly practices by sourcing locally, using biodegradable and compostable materials, promoting recycling, and selecting organic and fair-trade options. We strive to minimize our environmental impact and contribute to a greener future.

What is your cancellation policy?

For bookings, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 30 days prior to the event with no additional penalty. Cancellations made between 11 and 29 days before the event will incur a charge of 75% of the remaining invoice. Cancellations within 10 days of the event will be charged in full. The final payment is due 14 days before the event.
